I started as a developer, spending long hours writing code by hand. Today I barely code manually — instead I design systems, orchestrate AI pipelines, and make sure the right tools are talking to each other. The work that used to take weeks now takes days.

What drives me is finding the shortest path between a business problem and a working solution. That means understanding your operations first, then designing technology that fits — not the other way around. I work with small companies where every decision matters and speed is everything.
